InsideOut Pilates studio is located in the heart of Derby City centre, providing a warm and positive environment for self-focus, a place where one’s mind and body can communicate and engage. We offer studio and mat classes.
Equipment Membership
One on one equipment classes cost £35 per session. These can also be booked in advance in blocks of four for £128 (£32 per session).
Equipment classes for two people can be booked in advance in blocks of four for £77 per person (£19.25 per session).
Sessions are available Tuesday to Saturday. Payments to be made via bank transfer.
Mat Work Class Membership
Pay as you go mat classes cost £12 each. These can also be booked in advance in blocks of four for £36 (£9 per session).
Mat work classes are available:
Wednesday: 6:30pm
Thursday: 11:30am, 6pm
All mat work classes are restricted to eight places. Payments to be made via bank transfer.
When buying a block of four sessions, these must be booked in advance so that I can plan my diary.
If going on holiday, please give me 14 days notice so that I can rearrange your sessions and book someone else in.
In order to maintain my reasonable prices, sessions missed without sufficient notice unfortunately cannot be refunded.
