InsideOut Pilates studio is located in the heart of Derby City centre, providing a warm and positive environment for self-focus, a place where one’s mind and body can communicate and engage. We offer studio, mat and online classes.
Equipment Membership
£70 per calendar month paid by standing order.
This includes four private hourly (max two people) equipment classes with a guaranteed time slot, online mat class and quarterly review.
Classes available Thursday/Friday/Saturday [other days available].
Pay as you go equipment class £29.
Mat Work Class Membership
£32 per calendar month paid by standing order.
This includes four hourly mat classes with a guaranteed place and a online mat class.
Pay as you go mat class £10.
Mat work classes are available:
Thursday: 11am, 6pm, 7:15pm
Friday: 11am
Saturday: 10am
All mat work classes are restricted to eight places.
Online Membership
Mat work classes once a week via Zoom £18 per calendar month paid by standing order.
Cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded.
Cancellations prior to 24 hours will receive a credit towards a future class based on availability and similar cost.
No refunds are given but classes in credit may be transferred to another party and used within the existing time frame.
